Hey there, Dweck residents! ⚡ We’ve got some electrifying news that will make you want to break out your light-up sneakers and get your cardio on. ⚡ In honor of Earth Month, we’re taking our commitment to sustainability to a whole new level! 🌎 For the month of April, every time you hop on a treadmill, elliptical, or stationary bike, you’ll be generating the electricity to power up the entire Fitness Center. 🏃🏽‍♀️

That’s right, you’ll get a chance to help reduce your carbon footprint and be your own personal power plant. 🔋🌱 Did you know that running on the treadmill for just 20 minutes could power a 60-watt light bulb long enough to light the room while you work out? 💡 So, lace up those sneakers, grab your reusable water bottle, and let’s show the world what Dweck residents are made of! ✨👟✨

We know what you’re thinking – “But wait, will I be working out in the dark?” 😲 Only if there’s no one on a cardio machine, and don’t worry, even then we’ve got you covered! 👌🏾 We encourage all residents to bring their trusty headlamps and those fashionable light-up sneakers to the gym. 🔦 (See below for our list of recommended light-up attire.) Not only will you be saving the planet, but you’ll also be starting a new workout trend that’s sure to sweep the nation. 🌎💁🏽

To make this experience even more rewarding, we’ll be offering check-ins and tracking each resident’s energy production. 🏆 The top 5 eco-warriors will each win a lifetime supply of sustainably harvested kale juice – YUM!! 🥬 Just imagine the bragging rights you’ll have when you tell your friends that you not only have a killer bod but also single-handedly powered your community’s Fitness Center! 💪🏼
