Dweck Properties is proud to recognize six comunities as recipients of 2023 PACE Awards for excellence in multifamily management! Each year, the Property Management Association (PMA) recognizes premier multifamily managers in the D.C. Metro region with their PMA Apartment Community Excellence (PACE) Awards.

This year, six Dweck Properties won PACE Awards out of the ten we categories entered, including:

Vintage Market Rate – VA ($2,300 – $2,599): Crystal Towers Apartments, Dweck Properties
Vintage Market Rate – VA ($2,600+): Crystal Square Apartments, Dweck Properties
Vintage Market Rate – VA ($2,300 – $2,329): Icon at Dulles, Dweck Properties
Market Rate – VA ($2,000 – $2,099): The Sutton Apartments, Dweck Properties
Market Rate – VA ($2,500 – $2,599): Park at Pentagon Row, Dweck Properties
Market Rate – VA ($2,800+): The Gramercy, Dweck Properties

PACE participants go through a rigorous application process, creating presentation binders for the judges that incude safety and compliance inspections; amenity, floor plan, and rent reviews; preventative maintenace programs; marketing/outreach plans; boiler and chiller information; and more. In addition, participants are given only 24 hours’ notice for PMA judges to visit their communities for a detailed inspection of common areas, vacant apartments, models, maintenance shops, and anything else they ask to see. After these tours, judges compare each community against their competitors of a smiliar age with similar market rents.  A few Dweck communities competed in the same categories, but only one community per category can win.
